As you know, I get shivery-excited when I see a piece of tech that does something we all (except Daniel Craig as Bond) find a little tricksy.
Those tablets that make computing accessible to seniors were such a thing.
And now Audi’s gone and made me feel all ‘someone’s walking on your grave’ with this:
I don’t know about you but I hate parking. It’s a nuisance and even with reversing sensors I still take numerous attempts to get it right.
Audi’s automatic parking systems operate by means of either ultrasound or cameras, which display images via the onboard monitor.
I’m pretty sure if Audi can get this right and into their cars pronto, they’ll steal a move on close rival BMW which seems intent on turning windscreens into Google Glass-alikes.
I just hope Audi has the foresight to bring the facilitating app to Android!
