What would you choose to lose for the pain of gain?

Everything in life is so simple if you want it to be.

The trouble is so often people would rather find the complex as a crutch for excuses.

And that applies equally to work as it does play.

Business doesn’t mean ‘busyness’

That company you’re running just needs to be in flow. You need to decomplexify, because that’s the first time I ever (or anyone else, for that matter) used that word.

It worked for Steve Jobs. You don’t need to reinvent the wheel as he did to make things simple, you just need to remove all the fuss from the system and focus on producing the greatest value and attracting the greatest number of people to your counter in a trance-like, let-me-have-it state.

While only you can decide what it is that you’re providing to scratch your customers’ itch, we can certainly get to work right now on making your shop front more enticing than anyone else’s.

If you give me 15 minutes, I’ll give you back the world
