Just had the most fun possible on a Saturday afternoon at the Tate Liverpool.
Sculpture Remixed is an exhibition with a difference. Pick up headphones, enter through the velvet curtain and be blown away by a sonic wonderland of disco cheese while wandering an indoor park of weird and freaky constructions.
Somehow the 8-foot woman in leotard and stary pale faced men dont seem quite as imposing when Copacabana in Brazilian courses through your passages.
And there’s an illuminated dance floor where you can groove your appreciation.
Curated by Wayne Hemingway and son this is a divine way to spend a reckless half hour busting some moves in the company of weird and wonderful artistic outbursts.
Get down there now. It’s free, it’s got funk, and it’s fantastic fun.
